You will receive a dispatch confirmation email including your tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

At checkout, you can select from standard or expedited delivery options.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order weight, size, and destination.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our website and applied at checkout if eligible.
3. Delivery Times

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

5. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout.

Wooden Wall Panel Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, you may be required to cover redelivery costs.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage so we can investigate.

In the event of a lost shipment, we will first open an investigation with the courier. This process may take several business days.

Once confirmed as lost, we will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
7. Risk of Loss
Under UK law, the risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Until delivery has been confirmed, Wooden Wall Panel Ltd remains responsible for your order.
