Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Rights Under UK Law

As a UK-based consumer, your purchase with us is protected by:

  • Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 – you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (except custom or made-to-order products).

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015 – you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

This policy builds on those rights and explains how Wooden Wall Panel Ltd handles returns, refunds, and exchanges.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Goods must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Custom sizes, bespoke finishes, or special-order panels cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.


3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email help@woodenwallpanel.uk with your order number, details of the item(s), and reason for return.

  2. Our customer care team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Items must be sent back within 14 days of approval.


4. Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier to ensure safe return.

  • Risk of loss or damage during return transit rests with the customer until the items reach our warehouse.


5. Refunds – How & When

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect goods).


6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.


7. Exchanges

We’re happy to help if you’d prefer a different finish or style.

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

  • Customers may need to cover the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty.

  • Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.


8. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Custom or made-to-order panels

  • Special-order products

  • Gift cards or vouchers


9. Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at help@woodenwallpanel.uk.

  • If the order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, the standard returns process will apply.
